Very nice place. They were great.

Great.
I could immediately tell that she didn’t want to spend much time and energy on my case. She provided me with a very vague/ambiguous root cause for my medical condition. I came out with no clear understanding of what to do. She might be good on other cases but didn’t work for me. Based on my personal experience, I don’t recommend it. It might be a waste of money.
I told Colleen about an issue I've been having for years, she looked in my ears for 2 seconds, and then shooed me out the door saying it looks fine. No help. I had assumed there would at least be tests or something.
Mario the PA saw me first and scoped my nose and showed me the computer screen including my deviated septum. Very knowledgeable. He told me the likely course of treatment. Then the dr came in and discussed my sinusitis , etc. Thorough, courteous knowledgeable

Dismissive, bored, uninterested, patronizing doctor, didn't listen to anything I said before basically sending me out less than 3 minutes after I walked in with a "well there's no problems here!" Didn't take anything I said seriously or really even listen to me at all, this was a terrible experience. Complete waste of my time and money. I have had constant issues with snoring, a deviated septum, allergies, chronic tinnitus, etc for many years. If I had felt like the doctor literally cared any amount this would have been a different experience but I've rarely felt so dissatisfied with a medical experience. A good place to start would be actually listening to your patients and taking their problems seriously or pointing them to someone who can help (or at least listen). Even if there's "nothing that can be done" at least make it seem like you're acknowledging that someone is coming to you with a problem that matters to them rather than dying to get off for the day.
Dr Plein was very helpful for the illness I needed help for. She was knowledgeable of my condition and I feel hopeful my recovery is coming soon.

It was very friendly and professional

have seen Dr Swerdlin for years, (our family) but did not expect this type of doctor, PA was exceptional and CNA, or young lady that brought us to the room but the Doctor OMG no, never would I recommend the woman, we were just looking for some help with my granddaughters continuous cough and sinus issues, all she could say was well it's probably covid, all but yelled at us, she's got a COLD!! I mean really, I knew that! just very unprofessional and clumsy. Swerdlin should take another assessment of this Dr. not a good asset

Simple and easy appointment to schedule and attend. Provider was who I expected and also saw I believe a nurse assistant who made the process simple for the doctor. Wait time was long to see the actual doctor due to another patient being seen but other than that solid service and would recommend.

I went in to have my ears cleaned. The physicians assistant was terrific. He was gentle and did a great job and I can hear again. I’ll definitely be a repeat patient!
Verified patient
The nurse was great, very kind and great listener, she check nose and ear. The doctor took less than 5 minutes to explain me, she don't even look in my nose or ear, she rely on nurse's checking. For less than 15 minutes total time of visit the price was over my expectation.
