I would highly recommend using Zocdoc. I was having a hard time finding a doctor who had new patient appointments in the next six months. Zocdoc connected me with a local doctor. I was contacted by the doctor’s office to fill out my forms beforehand. The last couple of doctor’s offices I have visited made a similar request and then made me fill out paper forms when I arrived which seemed like a huge waste of time to me. I happened to arrive at my appointment early today. I was seen right away which was very unexpected. They had all of my information and didn’t ask for any redundant forms. Dr. Lee was kind and thorough. She was attentive and understanding. It was one of the best doctor’s visits I have had in a while. I really appreciate how clean the facility is and how nice her staff were when I arrived. All of my information is going to be on their portal and I can make future appointments there. I really appreciate this ease of communication.

I haven’t really experienced a telehealth visit before but I was impressed with the visit. Connie listened extremely well and figured out the root issue and solutions that I think will be very helpful. She was kind and affirming as well! Great experience!

I went for a Pre-op physical, getting ready for HIP replacement, and the process was fast and easy, Dr. Connie Lee was very nice, and provided the care I needed, also have a great staff, definitely will be back as my primary care Doctor.
