Dr was ok I feel her diagnose was accurate there was no wait time which was great however I have called 3 or 4 times after my appointment to get one of my prescriptions that was not sent to a cvs the dr texted me a screen shot and told me to show the pharmacist who advised me they cannot accept that we are a week after the appointment I still do not have a prescription and am going to an urgent care to see if they will prescribe it bc I’m in massive pain and have my bridal shower tomm I would not recommend this office whatsoever after this experience and I’m pretty angry i took a day off of work to have this appointment and have been in pain that’s ongoing to be treated i would have appreciated this being handled the first time I called to say there was an issue with the prescription and I feel this is unreliable office now

First off it took over an hour and a half to see the doctor and when she finally came into the office she rushed and only spoke to me for 5 minutes. And in those 5 minutes she wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence without interrupting me. Not thorough at all and in 2 minutes of meeting me for the first time she decided I needed a colonoscopy, which doesn’t make any sense when you don’t even let me explain my symptoms. Then she proceeded to force me to make a colonoscopy appointment without even asking me of my thoughts and which day would be good for me, she wanted me to do it when she was available. Terrible experience, I will be going elsewhere for a second opinion and colonoscopy.

Dr Serer took her time to really listen to what I was saying. She went out of her way to schedule me for a colonoscopy the next day even though it was not her regular day to do procedures. She made me feel that she was concerned about my issues and she was determined to make the appropriate diagnosis.

Very professional looked over all the forms I filled out and the medications I take to see if there was a connection to my issues.
Discussed things thoroughly and in a way that was understandable as to why she was making changes.
And why I needed the endoscopy and colonoscopy.
I left feeling that she understood my discomfort and would be available to help if this was still not the right path.

Dr Serer is a good doctor, and I will continue to see her. The reception staff is another story. 20 minutes after I had checked in, I was asked my name again and which doctor I was seeing. It appears that the staff isn't used to Zocdoc yet. After seeing Dr Serer, I told the medical assistant that I still needed to give them my co-pay. I had to wait on line while bedlam in the reception area ensued. All quite fixable -- hope they do it!

Wonderful! Wait time is minimal. The staff & doctor Serer are friendly, knowledgeable! One of the best doctor experiences. I like the one stop covers all @ this office! Dr. Serer is an angel, I was suffering until I saw her. She was highly recommended & thank god I am now under her care!

Fabulous. I called in the AM and was given 3:15pm appt, same day! Couldn't believe it. Received a call back requesting I come in at 2:00pm. Was seen by Dr Sera within 15 mins. Everyone was very pleasant and professional.
