About Courtney Haggerty
Courtney Haggerty, ANP, earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts in 2002. Since 2004, she has been a trusted staff nurse in the Labor and Delivery unit of Long Island Jewish Medical Center (now Katz Women’s Hospital), where she has supported thousands of laboring patients in both clinical and managerial roles. In 2013, she returned to the State University of New York at Stony Brook to pursue her Master of Science in Nursing as an Adult Health Nurse Practitioner. Courtney joined The Woman’s Health Pavilion in 2016 to pursue her true passion: women’s health.

My long time GYN retired so having to find another one was anxiety inducing. I am so glad I decided to give NP Courtney Haggerty a try. I felt like she had been my doctor for years. She was pleasant, caring and made me feel very relaxed. She took the time to listen to me, without making me feel like she was on a tight schedule and had to move on to her next patient. I was surprised that they did sonograms in the office and they let me know I was going to have one prior to being seen by the NP. The ultrasound tech, Christina, was wonderful. She made what is normally an uncomfortable situation relaxed with her demeanor and light conversation. I am very happy I decided to choose this practice.

Courtney was absolutely wonderful! I suffer from severe white coat syndrome and she made me feel so comfortable. She was extremely knowledgeable and went over all my concerns with me. I wish I found her sooner!!

The receptionist that greeted me was very kind and welcoming and the office was very clean.
I did not even sit down in the waiting area as they took me in right away. Courtney and Kayla were both so warm and welcoming and made me feel comfortable.
The exam was so quick and easy and I was in and out within a half hour. I’d definitely come back here for future appointments.

Quick and comfortable! The office is really big and clean. I filled out my paper work and waited maybe 10 mins before they took me to a room. Courtney was super friendly and explained everything she was doing. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back!

Nurse Haggerty has the best bedside manner. She asks thorough questions, tells you about personal experience and recommends treatment that she really believes is best for you.
