Welcome to Noema Wellness! I am a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of nursing experience. I offer virtual appointments on evenings and weekends and in-person visits a couple of days per month in the Boca Raton, FL area. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and other psychiatric issues. I have extensive experience in both psychiatry and emergency medicine, which has given me expertise in the treatment and evaluation of patients with medical and psychiatric co-existing conditions.
I focus on evidence-based integrative treatments. These treatment modalities can involve lifestyle interventions, medication management, and brief psychotherapy. With my customized approach, my patients benefit from a well-integrated treatment plan that is both systematic and comprehensive.
My clinical training and background have prepared me to treat a wide range of mental health conditions. Every person has a story that they don't always tell, and we don't always ask. It is my job to listen to that story and help you turn the page.

What should a new client know about working with you?
- We will meet for an initial comprehensive evaluation to:
1) assess your current symptoms, your physical state, and medical issues.
2) better understand how your emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental factors play a role.
3) Identify those areas that need work and establish goals for treatment.
- Then, we will have periodic visits (we will agree on the frequency) to discuss your medications' side effects, efficacy and need for changes; as well as the areas we identified to evaluate your progress.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
