“I love the office. I've booked with zockdoc before and I didn't have a problem but I waited almost an hour because my appointment was not sent to the office on time for my 1pm visit so I had to sit and wait. If I didn't know the staff at this office, I would have left.”

bit if a wait but that’s to be expected delays happen. Dr was very nice and wants to wait for mri results before she starts therapy as I’m only covered for 12 visits which I thought was nice being upfront and honest is always a plus”

Did not have a good experience. The facility is nice, clean, and spacious; though, sessions would start 20+ min after scheduled time, and I never actually saw the doctor who I signed up with on Zoc Doc. Only, I guess, who were assistants. I transferred to another place only after two sessions because assistants seemed to not care (cut me off when asking questions, not watch me during exercises to make sure form is ok, or seemed annoyed when I asked for help). They even asked me what they should do to help with specific treatment, which is what I'm going there for. The facility has a lot of availability flexible around schedule, though I transferred to somewhere else for better service.

Booked my appointment because i had foot pains and the day of the appointment, 1 hour smth before they contacted me saying that they are fully booked and i need to see another day , when my appointment was actually confirmed. I didnt even see another doctor because they did confirm it and for them to call and say that is fully booked and for whatever reason doesnt show up is unprofessional

I was pleased with her strong attention to detail, and her ability to listen and empathize with my condition. Everything was explained to me and she was patient in answering any questions I had to help me make informed decisions about my health. I was also included in my health care plan and asked what I would be comfortable engaging in while I undergo rehabilitation.

Chaitali was/is amazing. I have only had one appointment and I already can feel an improvement in my lower back pain. She knew exactly what was wrong when I explained my symptoms and immediately had me doing stretches and exercises that made a difference. It was not until I was speaking with her about my pain that I realized lower back pain is not just a part of life. I had just accepted it and thought that was a part of being human but I am excited at the prospect of healing my issues and getting stronger with time. Definitely go see her.

This was listerally the worst medical experience I’ve ever had in my life, the office wasn’t aware of my appt bc they don’t work well with Zocdoc and the receptionist literally started yelling and screaming at me when I arrived, as I was having a medical emergency. I wouldn’t reccomend coming here ever and I truly regret it myself
