They seem very short and agitated when approaching patients. Kindness can go a long way and make patients visits more pleasant. Everything under one roof is exactly the service everyone wants. Dr Du was friendly, I have a complex GYN history and her background helped a lot. She did not understand what I was coming in for. Her communication was very unclear and I felt like she was not listening to me all. I’ve never been so frustrated with a doctor. I will not be returning here.

I had an excellent experience at AllCare. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Dr. Du was very attentive, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The office was clean and well-organized, and I felt very comfortable during my visit. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care.

The lady at the front desk isn’t the most pleasant and made patients seem like an annoyance. It appeared all she wanted to do was go back to eating her Captain Crunch. She has a very flat affect and not someone who should be the first point of contact in the office. The office overall is clean and I was taken to the exam room in less than 5 mins of arriving.
As far as the doctor, not sure where all the 5 star reviews are from. I came for a well womans exam and all I received was a pap smear. She did not ask to complete a SBE or palpate my ovaries for any abnormalities. I tried explaining my GYN hx and she completely brushed over it. She also used the largest size speculum which was totally incorrect and very painful. The job was done but I would never go there again.

Omg! Dr. C , was simply amazing! It has been hard to find a well-rounded doctor that is very knowledgeable but still provides great bed side manner. I am so happy I booked this appointment , she has a permanent patient in me .. I felt heard and cared for. She is awesome! I highly recommend!
