About Cynthia Franco
Cynthia “Cindi” Franco, MS, PA-C, has been providing expert dermatologic care since 2003. As of April 2025, she sees patients at Skin Care Specialists' location at 1155 E Combs Road, Suite 101, Queen Creek, Arizona 85140. Cindi is known for her compassionate and energetic approach, she believes in treating patients with the same kindness and understanding she once needed herself. As a two time cancer survivor, Cindi knows firsthand the importance of empathy in healthcare, explaining that “sometimes people genuinely just need your compassion.” Cindi earned her Bachelor of Science at Florida State University. She then went on to earn her Master of Science in sports medicine from the United States Sports Academy before completing physician assistant training through the MCP Hahnemann Physician Assistant Program at Drexel University. Cindi’s extensive experience in medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology comes from years of working alongside esteemed physicians. She has a special passion for cosmetic dermatology, where she helps patients feel more confident by making subtle yet meaningful enhancements. Cindi is excited to bring her expertise to Skin Care Specialists as the newest dermatology provider at our Queen Creek location. When she’s not seeing patients, Cindi enjoys scuba diving, playing tennis, traveling, and spending time with her husband.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in and gave us paperwork was very polite and helpful. Her assistant that brought me to the exam room was very polite and helpful.
Cynthia was very personable introduced herself when she came in the room. She listened to what I said asked some questions. She didn’t seemed rushed and I felt like she listened to me. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends

I have follow up appointment so will be returning.
I thought the staff was very knowledgeable
My only concern was when I went for my booked appointment it was for 9:30 and the office manager told me it was for 9:00 which was not the case, I showed her my confirmation and she said they have been having problems with their computer program.
