Dr. McNally has been a board-certified OB-GYN since 2001, and she worked in private practice in Vancouver, Washington, from 2003 until 2014, when she joined our team. Dr. McNally enjoys educating her patients about their bodies and ways to achieve optimal health. She is a strong believer in both preventive and complimentary medicine. Dr. McNally feels it is important to listen to a woman and make her feel comfortable expressing any questions or concerns. She believes that each woman is unique in her needs and expectations, and will make the best health decisions when she is well-informed.
Dr. McNally has professional expertise in all aspects of gynecology, including but not limited to: minimally invasive surgery, hormonal therapy for menopause and peri-menopause, treatment of urinary incontinence, contraception, sexual dysfunction, and cervical and vulvar disorders.
Dr. McNally attended the University of Virginia for both her undergraduate and medical degrees. (Go 'Hoos!) She then accepted an Air Force scholarship and served as an active duty obstetrician-gynecologist for 8 years. Her military career took her to California, Arizona, Japan, and Idaho. Idaho was where she fell in love with the Northwest.
Away from the clinic, Dr. McNally loves to spend time with her very energetic and entertaining daughter. She also enjoys running, skiing, fitness classes, book clubs, and baking. She is accepting new patients.
At our practice, patients can also be seen by a female nurse practitioner, Kyle McAvoy. Hormone consultation is one of Kyle's specialties.

Dr. McNally seemed knowledgeable and experienced. I felt comfortable talking to her.
The office was a bit off-putting since I was only there for a well woman visit. It is a high end "boutique" practice that ostensibly courts women of means. Nothing inherently wrong with this, I just wasn't expecting it.
No complaints with service or medical experience.

I was fortunate to witness Dr. McNally delivering my grandchildren, so I got to see her in action...She was so gentle and caring. Since then, I have been seeing Dr. McNally as my gynecologist. I finally found a doctor that I am comfortable with and who I can talk to.

Dr. McNally is phenomenal! She has seen me through the best & worst of my health. She has always been very caring, has excellent bedside manner, is very professional & just all around awesome! When she is in the room w/me, she is all there & pays close attention to what I am saying & then gives all the options available for what is needed. Dr. McNally is extremely efficient in everything she does & is very comfortable to talk to. I've had several procedures performed by Dr.McNally & w/each one she is very thorough on what was going to happen & how recovery would be. I've recommended Dr. McNally to family & friends & will continue to do so!
