Drove 30 minutes across the city for 10:00 am appt, hard to find parking, walked into office for 10:00 appt at 10:01, was checked in at 10:02, went through full check in process and was then told that the appt had to be rescheduled because I couldn’t be more than one minute late, ridiculous. Front desk staff was lovely though :)

I was very disappointed with this experience. I arrived 5 minutes late for my appt due to an extremely crowded parking area. I was immediately turned away when I tried to check in and told I had to reschedule my appointment. This is after the office already rescheduled my original appt for 2 weeks later with no explanation.
I feel that 5 minutes is not an acceptable amount of time to completely cancel my appointment and waste my day that I took time off from work for. I can understand 20 minutes or more late, but this I found ridiculous. If you insist on having such a strict late policy, you need to work from an office with more sufficient parking, and also make it very clear to your patients that this is the case. Being 5 minutes late is normal. Dr. Mueller refuses to wait 5 minutes for her patients, but is fine with wasting their entire afternoon that they took off of work for. I will not be going back to her as apparently her time is more important than anyone else's.
