About Dr. Daisy Medina-Kreppein
With 20 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner, I have provided care in family practice, primary care, pediatric urology, gynecology, urgent care, and chronic illness management. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from the State University of New York, Stony Brook.
I serve as an NP adjunct assistant professor at NYU and act as an NP preceptor for various universities in New York as well as other schools outside the state.
My professional service includes six years with the United States Army.

Dr. Daisy was very nice and professional. I was nervous about going to the dr and have had bad experiences in the past with other drs. She was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. She listened to my concerns and took a thorough history with no judgement and provided a plan and suggestions on how to take better care of myself. This is one of the best medical experiences I have had in a while. Her staff is very professional and warm. I had almost no wait time whereas other offices I would be waiting a long time as a new patient. It felt very genuine and I appreciate how Dr. Daisy and her staff took care of me.

Dr.Medina was great!!! She did a thorough head to toe assessment, answered my questions, she’s very relatable, funny, a great conversationalist. As a nurse, I was able to talk to her and she even shared her own experience working at a hospital. Her office is so clean, and the staff is very friendly. The wait time wasn’t long at all. I got there by 10:40am and was out of there by 11:25am. I found my new primary care doctor!

Dr Medina is a God sent. She was thorough and very knowledgeable. I'm naturally an introvert but it was so comfortable to talk to her. I was comfortable enough to be vulnerable with her and she said exactly what I needed to hear. It's not easy finding a Dr that really cares for their patient well being. From this first visit, it is evident she cares for her patient.

I haven’t had a PCP in 2-3 years due to no insurance coverage. Super nervous because unfortunately medical appointments do make me anxious. Dr. Medina-Kreppein was friendly, straightforward, very detailed and I felt tremendously comfortable and that’s a LOT from someone like me. She was thorough and recommended other procedures to consider, answering all of my questions. Thankful to finally have a PCP again and one I can be open and honest with!

Loved this doctor. I’ve been trying to find a good primary care doc and finally have! She was friendly and I felt like I was able to talk to her openly without judgment! You can see she cares about her patients and was very attentive with a great bedside manner! The office was very clean and welcoming, with water bottles and snacks set up for patients.

I was extremely impressed with my NEW doctor today. I would highly recommend her to any of my family members or friends. The office environment was cozy and there was maybe a 15 minute wait. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and listened to all of my concerns. Kudos to Dr. Daisy Medina she was superb!

Office was clean, staff was friendly. NP was very nice, great bed side manner. She listens to my concerns and communicate well. The only downside side was the wait. I waited one hour to see her , the whole visit took almost two hours. She is very busy with a heavy load of patients. If you are in a rush or have no time to spend long time waiting this is not the person for you. Otherwise she is great.
