I could tell Dr. SChwartz was the main doctor in the office but he was pleasant, quick, effective and efficient. I didn't feel ignored nor did I feel like my time was wasted. My questions were answered and a solution was provided for my problem.

The first time seeing this practice was not a good one. The counter girls were very unprofessional, complaining loudly how they hated their jobs and wished they could get new jobs. The wait wasn't the best and I felt everyone hadappointments at the same time. The medical assistant was the only thorough and professional one there. Im not sure who I saw the first time but his bedside manner was too relaxed for my liking. The second time having gone here, I actually met Dr. Swartz who was awesome! This time, I also met a new front counter person who was very professional. I wouldnt have recommended this practice after the first visit but after the second, I definitely would.

Excellent! It’s sad that it’s unusual to find a doctor who seems to actually care about how you feel! Very through, great bedside manner. Highly recommend!

I left Mt. Airy Family Practice to come here. My experience was better here by far, I can't believe I waited so long to switch. Very happy with my first visit. Highly recommend.
