My recent visit to the OB-GYN was incredibly disappointing. The entire experience felt dismissive and impersonal. From the start, the doctor seemed to be in a rush and didn’t take the time to ask me any questions about my medical history or address any concerns I might have had. It was as if she wasn’t interested in hearing anything from me at all.
Throughout the appointment, she spent about 95% of the time looking at a computer screen, typing notes without engaging with me. It felt like she was more focused on the screen than on me as a patient. There was very little communication, and she didn’t ask if I had any questions or concerns, which is especially important in a medical setting. It felt like my presence there was an inconvenience and that she just wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible.
Overall, I left feeling unheard and unimportant. The lack of attention and personal interaction made the appointment feel like a cold interaction

Was very attentive and made the experience less stressful than I had expected it to be. She talked me through everything she was doing while and before she did it.
The only issue was I did end up waiting an hour to be seen from my initial booking time.
