Director of pain management, Daniel Yadegar, M.D, is dual board-certified in Interventional pain management and rehabilitation medicine and completed both his residency and subspecialty at New York's prestigious Mount Sinai Medical Center.
Dr. Yadegar believes in a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of painful conditions. His expertise allows him to specifically target and deliver potent medications precisely to the abnormal spinal interface using state-of-the-art digital fluoroscopy.
His goals as an interventional pain management specialist are to relieve, reduce or manage pain and improve a patient’s overall quality of life through minimally invasive techniques specifically designed to diagnose and treat painful conditions. Dr. Yadagar has absolutely no bed side manner. He is abrupt, and did not even examine me. He asked, "why are you here?" I told him that I believed I had the same pains that I had in September. He looked at the chart and walked out. Next, other staff entered to administer 2 shots. They were both wonderful. The doctor never returned and I left. Although I believe Dr. Yadegar is a very good doctor, I will find a another very good doctor who actually can show some concern for the patient. Never again!

He first listened to my case history, then carefully examined the MRI plus report, explained the findings and discussed my options. I liked very much the fact that, in my case, he considered surgery only as last resort.
Although it was my first appointment, I immediately could see how experienced he was, I appreciated that he was straightforward and gave me the best course of action and treatment. Indeed, an excellent doctor!

The office staff and the doctor were great. I felt comfortable with them all. The office procedures need an overhaul. this is the 21st century. Forms should be prepopulated from known details. Forms I filled in on Zocdoc were not recognized.
This is a habit with Orlin and Cohen. Even when you have been there a week or two ago, the same forms are requested. Others were complaining too. The office manager needs to get with the program. It hinders the good staff at the front.
Dr Yadegar was concise and knowledgable, and handled my problem well. I have all the confidence in him

Although the doctor is a pain management physician he cannot describe medications. I am a snowbird and spend the summers in New York while I spend most of my time in Florida. For the 3 to 6 months I'm in New York I need to be followed up with medication management.
