About Dr. Daniel Belkin
Daniel Belkin, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist who is fellowship-trained in cosmetic dermatology, laser surgery, and Mohs micrographic surgery. After graduating magna cum laude from Amherst College, he received his medical degree from Weill Cornell Medical College. As part of his training, he did a research fellowship at the Rockefeller University where he studied non-melanoma skin cancer. He graduated with both honors in service as well as honors in research, and he received multiple awards including the Dean’s Research Award. He subsequently trained in dermatology at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, where he helped create the educational program in dermatologic surgery. He also received extensive training in medical, surgical, and pediatric dermatology at the Los Angeles County Medical Center, Keck Hospital of USC, and Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
He has authored several textbook chapters on dermatologic surgery and multiple original articles, which have appeared in journals such as the Journal of Investigative Dermatology, JAMA Dermatology, and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Subjects include high risk skin cancer, lasers for disorders of pigmentation, laser resurfacing, and aesthetic treatments for men. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American College of Mohs Surgery.

Dr. Belkin is one of the very few doctors in NYC, who doesn’t make u feel rushed in his check-up. He heard all my concerns very patiently and took time to explain me the cause and the treatment.
I will wait to see how the treatment goes, but for a first appointment, I would definitely give him 5 stars.

Dr. Belkin was approachable, professional, and understanding throughout both my treatments with him. Where other doctor have been rushed or presumptuous, Dr. Belkin took time to listen attentively and respond to all my questions thoroughly and without judgment. The results are incredible form his cautious and precise hand administers Botox and Juvederm and I recommend him to everyone I speak to about their cosmo dermatology options.

Dr. Belkin has amazing bedside manner and put me at ease surrounding my first Botox visit. His work is AMAZING. I have never gotten so many compliments about how refreshed and great I looked! I can look no further for a dermatologist in NYC as Dr. Belkin is the best! I truly cannot say enough great things about him and have referred all of my friends and family already (those that I want to share my secret with, that is :).
