About Dr. Daniel Le

Dr. Daniel Le is a fellowship trained orthopedic surgeon who specializes in hip and knee replacement and hip fracture management. He attended medical school at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX and orthopedic surgery residency at UCLA in Los Angeles, CA. He then pursued additional training in hip and knee replacement as an Otto Aufranc Fellow at The New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, MA, an internationally renowned hip and knee replacement center, where he was trained and mentored by some the world's best joint replacement surgeons. Dr. Le has extensive experience in primary joint replacements, complex revision surgery, periprosthetic fractures, and infection management. He is one of the few surgeons in the U.S. that performs total hip replacement via a superior capsular approach, the most soft tissue-sparing hip replacement available and is an industry educator in the approach. He is a clinical faculty member in the residency program at Houston Methodist Hospital. Dr. Le engages in clinical and biomechanical research through the Institute of Orthopedic Research and Education. He sees patients and operates at the Houston Methodist Hospital Willowbrook and frequently cares for patients from out of state. Dr. Le is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a Weill Cornell Medical School and Institute of Medicine Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopedic Surgery.
