Dr. Schwartz is a great listener. It did mean for my appointment that he was running a little late as he was in with the patient before me, but I wasn’t in any hurry. I am willing to wait a little while if it means the doctor takes the time to really listen to me. I came in with a few things to discuss, and he came up with an action plan right away. I finally feel like someone is going to help investigate where other doctors have thrown in the towel.

I was so happy with how easy-going and positive Dr. Schwartz is. He took my concerns very seriously but was still very uplifting and encouraging throughout my appointment. I love having him as my PCP!

The first time seeing this practice was not a good one. The counter girls were very unprofessional, complaining loudly how they hated their jobs and wished they could get new jobs. The wait wasn't the best and I felt everyone had appointments at the same time. The medical assistant was the only thorough and professional one there. Im not sure who I saw the first time but his bedside manner was too relaxed for my liking. The second time having gone here, I actually met Dr. Swartz who was awesome! This time, I also met a new front counter person who was very professional. I wouldnt have recommended this practice after the first visit but after the second, I definitely would.

I could tell Dr. SChwartz was the main doctor in the office but he was pleasant, quick, effective and efficient. I didn't feel ignored nor did I feel like my time was wasted. My questions were answered and a solution was provided for my problem.
