Didn’t see the provider I scheduled with. Provider didn’t listen to my concerns. I was pushed to get a NAD shot I wasn’t really interested in. They seem more like sales people and not letting you leave until you purchase something. I said no 3 times and was still getting asked to get the NAD shot. This is more of a for fun clinic for energy shots and facials not your everyday check up!

The office and staff in general were friendly and kind. They called me ahead of time to clarify my visit details and were quick to check me in. The nurse was friendly, inquisitive and high energy which I loved! But then the doctor didn't ask any clarifying questions or do any exam before making a decision. She made no effort to understand my concern or why I was there essentially recommending me to someone else. I left frustrated and felt my visit was a waste of my time.

This was my first using zocdoc first off and this was my first time going to this location and seeing the doctor here. I had a great experience first start to finish. The medical assistant who I spoke with was the best ever!! The doctor listened to my concerns and gave me a great path to start on. I have already recommended this place to a family member that's how great of an experience I had. Thank you to the entire staff for a great experience today.
