The visit was fair . However wish that the site had everything in one for connivence not to step outside center to work hand & hand such as doing X-rays like other doctors sites for their practice . Looking forward to my follow to hear the doctor ideas up resolve my medical situation . So far I see he wants to take progressive steps . Really like to know my general options entirely instead of as each general visit. I'm willing to see what happens for my benefit hope it doesn't take too long just dwelling on medications . Want to know the root of my problem whether it's surgical or resetting shoulder . How many different ways or options have .

Doc appt was great..Had a hand deformity & Sotelo performed my surgery..X Rays had to be done in a different office and took weeks before surgery so not good in that aspect. Surgery was ok but not 100% to my liking.

In the appointments, on the day of surgery, and during follow-up visits, I must have told him I'm allergic to aspirin 20 times...but he will only prescribe aspirin-based medications for my Rheumatoid Arthritis-related inflamation. I feel that it is bad practice and unprofessional to accept a patient and spend months with her, knowing she will be unable to be treated with aspirin-related meds. I'm disgusted with him and his nurses--they also changed my surgery date 3 times...after my mother had purchased $500 airline tickets twice to come take care of me during recovery. no apologies, either.

Compared to other spine specialist that i have seen dr garza was not good...I was in the for 5 min he didnt even look at my back ...he has no technology in his office and did the visit with his with his winter coat on

Treated well with respect, the office staff was kind and nice was too kind ... the doctor gave us well informed instructions and helped us with a lot of our questions. i would recommend this doctor and would consider visiting him again.

Dr. Sotelo-Garza courteous, professional, accessible, and right there in the trenches. Same for the staff. With a waiting room full of people in various states of mobility, everyone kept a contagious sense of calm. I did appreciate the efficiency and focus on pro-active health, with the stream of health related programs.
