Danny Sugimoto, MD offers more than 27 years of research experience at Cedar Crosse Research Center. He earned his Master's in Biology from the University of Illinois and received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Rush University's Rush Medical College in 1983. After becoming board certified in Internal Medicine, he began his career working with the National Health Service Corp. In 1989, he transitioned to clinical research while serving as an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Rush Medical College. In 1996, Dr. Sugimoto founded Cedar Crosse Research Center to conduct research across various therapeutic fields, including cardiovascular, metabolic, and neurologic diseases.

He brought two assistants with him that made the whole interaction kind of bizarre. Took longer than expected to receive my lab results, and then once received didn't really have any additional advice on how to help with the issues I was facing other than that I was 'healthy'

I was new to the Chicago area and came to Cedar Crosse initially to get a covid test for work. I was so impressed by the organization of the front desk, and the time that the doctor took with me, that I decided to make them my primary care provider. I've yet to regret that decision!

I came upon this when I needed to get a covid test, and I was so pleased with the front desk staff and the questions that the dr took the time to ask, that I decided to make them my primary. The quality of the front desk can make or break my perception, and they were totally organized and efficient - so appreciated!!

I saw Dr. Sugimoto for a COVID test. I've heard the test can be extremely uncomfortable or even painful, but he warned me beforehand and the test was at most slightly uncomfortable. Dr. Sugimoto was very friendly and kind. Will definitely see him again if I find myself in the Loop and in need of a medical attention.

Much more hassle than expected for a COVID test. I had to fill out paperwork, get weighed and my blood pressure taken. Overall took 20ish minutes and I was used to curbside, 5 minute ordeal. Still, the doc was pretty nice
