“I arrived at 9:10 for a 9:30 appt. I did ask at one point how much longer. I was told I was next. Three people later, I was taken to a room. Thirty minutes later Dr. Davis came in. She was cordial and professional, asking if I had a long wait and appeared annoyed when I told her when I had arrived. She apologized for the wait. The remainder of the visit was fine. I didn't get the sense that the giant wait times were her doing. So, whatever you are using for your business model, needs major tweaking. ”

Waited in the room for maybe 10 or so minutes and the doctor came to check things out.

Dr. Davis was clearly a knowledgeable expert, she was efficient, and I left her office feeling very well cared for. She explained my foot issue (plantar fasciitis) clearly and gave helpful recommendations for home care. I sensed that she keeps a tight schedule and manages her time slots well. I will definitely be going back to her for my follow-up care.

Provider lacked empathy with our young patient, acted like she didn't want to be there and didn't numb enough prior to injection in comparison to the same procedure done by another provider who did a great job. This provider didn't act respectful, lacked eye contact and didn't know what certain pertinent terms meant. Seemed as if were an inconvenience or bother to her. She could use retraining.

Great support and wonderful experience working with Dr. Daphne Davis. She patiently listened everything I said and explained me well what she is going to do and procedure was done and dusted in no time. With in an hour I am out of that clinic. I seriously recommend this clinic and Dr. Daphne for any foot related issues.

Dr didn’t want to help resolve my issue while it was small and easy. Told me to go home and wait for it to get worse and before coming back. Sounded like I wasn’t paying enough to be worth her time until it was a larger procedure.

The website to make the appointment was user friendly. When I got the appointment, the place looked clean. When I was called, I was greeted by Jessica. A few minutes later, Dr. Davis walked in. I got x-rays and Dr. Davis explained to me next steps on my foot situation. Then, I was given a follow up appointment for a month and I walked out. Everything was flowy. Thank you.

The doctor was extremely kind and informed exactly of what operation I was getting and what would happen. I got an operation to cut off part of my toe for an ingrown toenail and the doctor helped me through the shots, and then talked to me about the procedure too! It was very informative and was by far the least stressful doctor’s visit I’ve had in my life.

Dr. Davis was very professional and helpful. She listened to my partners concerns and symptoms regarding infection around his ingrown toenails. She then and there came up with a plan of action and treatment to help, doing the ingrown toenail remove procedure that same day. We were in and out within an hour I’d say, him ready to heal up nicely.
The only downside so far has been the order for his antibiotics hasn’t been sent to the pharmacy yet and we’re leaving for a trip tonight so he may miss getting them in time (mostly just unfortunate timing on our part, but wish we could’ve gotten them that night as our appointment was early in the morning)
