Any patient from outside New York State will have this first appointment in Chelsea, New York.
ABOUT DARA FADEN:
Dara Faden is a board-certified Physician Assistant and LMSW. She has spent the last 12 years practicing as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine, specializing in treating mental health. As part of Curated Mental Health, she offers initial consultations, medication management, and follow-up around the interventional treatments provided by the practice.
Dara holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Rochester with high honors in Psychology, a master's degree from The George Washington University in Physician Assistant Studies, a Doctorate in Health Sciences from NOVA Southeastern University, and an LMSW from Simmons University.
Dara takes a holistic approach when treating patients. She strongly believes in a client-centered approach and building a strong relationship with her clients. In her spare time, Dara enjoys traveling the globe and being in nature with her husband and two Goldendoodles.
