I booked my appointment a couple weeks in advance & my insurance was verified according to the app. I’m on night shift & got up early for this appointment but when it came time for the appointment, they told me they were unable to verify my insurance. I feel like some notice ahead of time would’ve been much more professional & courteous. I’ll book elsewhere.
