Lifestance is a very pleasant facility . Dr. Fred is what you want in a Dr., kind and caring and professional . So happy I found him for my mental health care.

Amazing experience! I had got hit with bad anxiety and depression, and this company called Heading Health referred me to a lady originally and it turned out to be a terrible experience where I requested someone new and it lead me to Dr.Fred. He listens and shows compassion. I finally felt heard and he ensured me that I would get better with the plan he put into motion (he will do a different plan if the first one doesn’t work). A few months into my sessions, I feel like my old self again and it’s because I trusted him and the process. I would recommend Dr.Fred to anyone going through mental health issues.
I just switched my insurance and I was so incredibly relieved that he takes this insurance! I love this doctor :) he is so genuine and cares to ask about my well being AND medication management. Which having both from a pyschiatrist is super important to me I couldn't recommend this doctor enough if that's what your looking for!
