About Dr. Darren Pollack
Dr. Darren Pollack, DC, is a Licensed Chiropractor in NYS with over 20 years of experience in Chiropractic, Sports Medicine, Rehabilitation Therapy, and Pain Management. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northeast College of Health Sciences and graduated from New York Chiropractic College in 1997. In 1998, Dr. Pollack opened his first practice in Midtown, NYC. He specializes in gentle, safe, and effective chiropractic care for adults and teens (age 13 and up). Proficient with over 300 protocols, Dr. Pollack diagnoses and treats peripheral nerve entrapments, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow, shoulder injuries, lower back issues, neck pain, and sciatica.
Dr. Pollack uses advanced technology such as Spinal Decompression, Cold Laser, and Cryo Therapy to eliminate pain and address root causes, enabling patients to return to daily routines. He holds advanced certifications in Active Release Technique (ART®) – Full Body Certified – and Graston® Technique. He performs manual manipulation of the spine and extremities to correct subluxations, increase joint function, and help patients live pain-free.
As an independent client provider for DASHA®, Dr. Pollack and the Director of Medical Services consult and advise the wellness team to ensure proper diagnoses, comfort, and care for each patient. Always at the forefront of fitness, Dr. Pollack understands how chiropractic medicine, fitness techniques, and technology can be incorporated into treatment. He competes in CrossFit competitions, has completed over 18 marathons and 50 half marathons, and lives a healthy lifestyle, allowing him to relate to patients on many levels.

Very good professional, great manners and communication skills. I didn’t get a clear answer for the root cause of the problem and the scans and evaluation took place during my examination weren’t satisfactory to point to the main reason of mu pain and symptoms.
But overall very good team, both Dr. Pollack and the acupuncture specialist Ithori were great.

From the moment I walked in, I was tended to. The wait time was short. Every step of the treatment was explained to me in great detail. I was very comfortable with Dr. Pollack and his staff. I have suffered from back pain for approximately two years and have received a number of treatments including PT, acupuncture and epidermals. I continue to suffer from discomfort and soreness. I decided to seek a professional certified in Active Release Technique, who approached back problems with a strong focus on soft tissue and muscle problems. Much of my treatment has been focused on the location of my pain (lower back) but not necessarily on the potential cause (core contortion, misaligned muscles, bad posture, muscle weakness in the legs and hips, etc.)
I have been at Dasha for a month and highly recommend the service. This is not my first chiropractor but this is certainly the best I have attended. They take time each session with heat and atom, warm up massages and then the ART/muscle work. Dr. Pollack is focused on the long-term goal of structurally realignment and not on one-time fixes. Highly recommend.

I have seen Dr Pollack a few times. Unfortunately last time I went I didnt see him. No one informed me that there was a switch and who ever I saw was horrible he hurt my neck terribly. I also want to note to be careful with your insurance and the front desk. they tend not to explain things and all of a sudden you get a huge bill.

This is the only place I will ever go to get fixed. Dr P is a skilled master of his domain using Graston and ART to perfection. Between my Cross Fit training and Triathlon training, he always knows what to do to keep me going. Sports + Injury + Injury Correction = Dr Pollack. Need I say anything more, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

I absolutely love Dr Pollack. I had a pretty bad boxing injury to my bicep, shoulder and neck. He evaluated and assessed me with his diagnostic setup. I was immediately put at ease with his diagnosis and complete understanding. I'm happy to say that after my few weeks of treatment, I'm well on the road to recovery and will be back boxing much sooner than expected. I highly recommend Dr Pollack.

I've been suffering from chronic neck and shoulder issues from playing football and basketball for the past 10 years. Dr Pollack got to the route of the pain by using metal instruments to help soften my muscles and it gave me big time relief. At the end of my treatment he used rock tape to give me support and I was able to go out and play an aggressive game of basketball. I'm excited that I just found my new go to place to keep me going strong. I've already told my sports buddies about this place. Highly recommend for anyone that wants to stay active for life.
