I've always had good experiences with Dr. Silvester and his staff! They're all always so cheerful and very nice and helpful! He's always made me feel like I'm his only patient. And if I feel like a therapy or procedure didn't work, he didn't make me keep trying it, he said he wanted me to feel better which means he cares about his patients. I'm now driving an hour one-way to be seen by him if that says what I think of the whole office. ??

Dr. Silvester completed his podiatry training at the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, California. He completed a surgical residency in Corona, California and has been practicing podiatric medicine for over 25 years.
He served as President of the South Dakota Podiatric Medical Association and directed the Diabetic Foot Care Program for the Sisseton Indian Health Service for five years. This involved an aggressive patient education program, regular foot screenings, limb salvage intervention including prophylactic surgery, surgical and medical management of infections and ulcerations, as well as organizing a team of internal medicine and vascular surgery physicians to treat the IHS population.
He has practiced in Pleasanton for almost 15 years. His practice has grown to include the most up-to-date and effective methods of dealing with foot and ankle pain.
Dr. Silvester has just completed an educational training activity in wound care! (March 2014)
