Hello! My name is David Chindo (DNP, PMHNP-BC, APRN), and I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I earned my Doctorate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Idaho State University. I have several years of experience working with individuals with various mental health disorders across the lifespan and with diverse groups of people. I diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications for conditions including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and PTSD. My approach to psychiatric treatment combines therapeutic feedback with medication management to help individuals function at their best.
I believe in the “wholeness” of a person and that laughter and happiness are among the best medicines. I provide a private, confidential, dependable, and non-judgmental environment focused on optimal well-being in collaboration with each individual.
What should a new client know about working with you?
I provide a medication management therapy approach to treatment, based on evidence-based solutions, that will optimize health, maximize the daily functioning capacity and promote the growth of each individual.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
