As always, an excellent visit. I work in the medical field and know bedside manner. Dr. Diaz actually cares!!
I think Dr Diaz is a great doctor! And I would definitely recommend him to anyone that came my way!
Liked Dr. Diaz's manner and his approach but the nurse who brought me back was very brusque.
This man was the epitome of professionalism, compassion, and wisdom.

His first words out of his mouth were "I don't prescribe pain medication" and I was highly insulted. I was there for diabetic meds not pain meds. He was very rude.
Was great, painless..no complaints
Dr. Diaz was awesome! This was my first visit with him, but he was very professional and straight forward and made sure that I understood everything before I left. I will definitely be making him my primary care physician, and going back!

He was personable and yet not overly talkative. He talked me through what was going on and the treatment plan in a way I could understand. The front desk and nursing staff were friendly and quick. The nurse can draw blood without having to prick you more than once. I think this is going to be my new primary care office.
I felt very comfortable and when talking to the doctor I did not feel rushed. He explained in detail my issues and the causes which help me understand my condition. I am very happy with Dr. Diaz!

The nurse was a bit rude, but Dr. Diaz was great!
Quick, nice staff, nice doctor.

It began when i realized that neither the nurse nor Dr. Diaz had read the information i filled out on my appointment set up on ZocDoc as they both asked why i was there and Dr. Diaz actually said, well we'll see about that when i told him other physicians had said i should see him for treatment. I made this appointment almost a week before going in and if he was not planning on treating me, the office could have called and said something in advance so that i could find another doctor. I was extremely disappointed in his lack of compassion for my situation. He told me he did not treat these things, blamed other physicians and healthcare professionals for causing the problem and not treating it correctly. He actually scared me and then offered no real help and acted more like he was doing me a favor by treating anything, but I left the appointment more worried with the feeling like I was alone in this rather than being reassured by my doctor. I sat in my car for 10 minutes in tears afterward. He actually told me to look drug interactions up online to make sure they were ok. I ended up contacting my other physicians for a recommendation on who to see and have found an office that has been helpful and encouraging both on the phone and in the office. I had used Dr. Diaz as my primary care doctor for years, but due to this latest appointment, I will not be going back for any reason.
The office staff, the nurse and Dr. Diaz were all so welcoming. I was actually surprised at how friendly everyone was. I felt comfortable immediately.

Front desk staff is A+! Very pleasant, very positive. Hard to really judge the doc on just one visit but nothing that would make me not want to return.
It was professional and efficient.
