“The office was friendly and the medical staff was great. The nurse (?) that worked with me before the doctor listened well and helped me through any concerns. The doctor didn’t mind my lack of medical knowledge and didn’t make me feel uneducated when I did not know basic terms.”

“Very efficient. Happy I went and got a lot of peace of mind. Awaiting bloodwork results, as I was able to run blood tests immediately after my appointment. ”

I highly recommend Dr. Broder, along with his entire staff, that's why I gave 5 Stars to every part of this review.

While the doctor was nice and listened to me, however it’s been a week and my lab results have not come back in.
Verified patient
Great experience. Fast and easy to book and to be seen and helped. I would return again since my insurance is accepted.
Didn’t seem to care at all, my first appointment we talked for maybe 3 minutes and then they sent me on my way.
Everyone here was great, friendly, kind and caring. Office was easy to find, very clean and would recommend to anyone.

Everything went very smooth. The office was nice and the doctor was a good listener.

Very pushing about IV vitamins before having my blood work done.
Overall pleasant experience. Best doctor I have had in many years
Dr was great. Listened. Reviewed concerns. Put together a plan and next steps. Went in for annual.
Very helpful and thorough in regard to my healthcare
Verified patient
This doctor was maybe the rudest I have ever come across.
Had a very nice and pleasant experience with Dr. Broder and his staff.

Doctor wanted to prescribe medication without finding the root cause
Not friendly and didn’t explain well about my health condition

In my appointment, I asked if they were able to test for the BRCA gene and explained I’d like to be tested due to family history. I then had bloodwork done. At the follow up appointment, when I asked about the BRCA test results, the doctor acted like I was bringing it up for the first time. They had not sent for that test, when I explicitly asked for it and they said they could do it. Instead, I was told that I needed to eat less pastries to lower my LDL, which runs slightly high in my family. The receptionists and nurses were wonderful, but the doctor didn’t listen to my concerns in the least. It was disappointing, and I won’t be returning.
Everyone was nice. I got there early like expected. I sat in Dr office for 35 minutes alone staring out the window before the Dr came in. When I booked the appt. I was looking to get a colon cancer screening like I put in ZOc Doc but he didnt do that. It was a family Dr and it was not what I was looking to do. I have not even gotten a referral yet after 6 days. Dissappointed in Zoc Doc and the Dr office.
Great Friendly and fast

I am not sure how to feel about this doctor. He seemed drained, didnt even check my sinuses, gave me a shot and sent me on my way. It was as if my symptoms were unimportant. He wasnt friendly either

The person at the desk wasn't very pleasant to speak with. We arrived 5 mins after our scheduled appointment, and she was sure to mention that we only just made it for their 5 min grace period. It seemed like everyone was in a bit of a rush, I understand they want to go home, but still. I wasn't what the bill was after the tests were done. it seemed like there might have been a miscommunication between us and one of the nurses, I had to say I'd lmrather be billed from my insurance since I wasn't sure if I would be billed the correct amount.

Making the appointment was simple and the office and staff were great. The doctor himself seemed like he had better things to do and wasn’t listening. Just kept saying “yeah” over and over again trying to rush me along. Seems like he just wants to bill insurance and not provide good service or care.
I did a lot of research before choosing Dr. Broder but unfortunately it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I have a lot going on that I desperately need help with and he couldn’t care less. He spent all of 5 minutes with me, walked in with an energetic and demeanor like he hated the world and everything in sight, made me feel uncomfortable - as if I was over exaggerating my blatant physical and hormonal extremes, made it out to seem like I was crazy. He was condescending and short. Don’t waste your time. Find someone who validates your concerns and wants to HELP you. Even the blood panels I requested weren’t the blood panels he put in for me - an absolute waste of time. I left defeated and a month later am even sicker than I was when I went to see him.

The staff at this Family Center location was excellent; helpful and flexible and patient and friendly. Dr. Broder wasn't impolite by any means, but he looked the entire time like he couldn't wait to be done b/c I was holding him up from his lunch break or something. He asked a single question about whether I wanted to take a test...and that was it. I would recommend the location, but not this doctor.
Great doctor Highly recommended

The Doctor looked unhappy to be there, lifeless, poor interpersonal vibe. On arrival, I was informed they discontinued my insurance coverage the day before (nice). I just moved to the area and needed to get some prescription refills going. So, not much choice but pay the no insufance fee, see the apathetic Doctor that didnt really want to see me. No wonder he has an abundance of availability.

Very rude, careless and long waiting time
Dr. Broder is negligent, cold, condescending, and rude. I’ve had 4 appointments with him so far, and will have no more. He clearly does not care about people, or his job. He is dismissive, slow, and lazy. I’ve never had such a poor experience at on office before. Down to every last detail, Dr. Broder falls short. Nearly nonexistent communication skills. He expects patients to lead appointments. He lacks critical decision making skills, and has not helped me in the slightest. My symptoms continue, undiagnosed, after much testing, and he’s asking me what I think we should test next. He avoids making definitive statements via his own merit, my appointments consisted of him reading my charts, and then saying goodbye. Dr if you read this, please know I don’t take it personally, I can see from other reviews that you treat many patients with the same disposal. Please find another job, in a different industry. I’m out of characters, but I could write so much more. Don’t book here.
Great experience!
Loved that the Doctor listened and didn’t just bypass my needs and what I’m experiencing. I’m new to Austin and I feel like I lucked out with this one. Great staff, aeee officer and overall looking forward to the journey ahead.

Great visit, helpful doctor
Clear concise communication, efficient and had an air of intelligence. He doesn't try to waste your time and focuses on helping you directly

The doctor was not thorough. He barely examined me, and was very stigmatizing in his responses to my questions. I had to push for testing/treatment of my symptoms. The whole experience was awkward and didn’t make me feel taken care of.
Dr Broder as usual very knowledgeable and helpful, however the time waiting today on this new office was quite long than the other location. The stuff were great and the location is now near and convenient for me

Great

My experience was horrible. The doctor stated he only had 15 mins per patient and that wouldn't ever cover going over my medications. He stated that if I am in so much pain I should just go to the ER, he can't help me.
Verified patient
Long wait, quick visit. The experience felt rushed and like my claims were dismissed. Although it was nice that the doctor was not an alarmist, I felt that my questions were not answered, and everything was brushed over. They did not even take my height for my physical.
Erik and the other intake receptionist were great. Super friendly . DR. Broder was a great listener and was very clear on a plan to address the issues with my health. Thank you !
Verified patient
The provider was perfectly pleasant; however, I waited longer than the actual visit. It felt incredibly rushed. I waited for almost 30+ minutes past the scheduled time only to be seen for maybe 5-10 minutes.
Great, thank you
