I was not feeling well and needed help from the staff while in the lobby. Everyone was very helpful and got me water. Another practitioner came out and checked on me until my doctor was finished with another patient. I am so appreciative of everyone's care.

Dr. Edelberg, board certified in Internal Medicine in 1974, began incorporating alternative therapies into his practice during the 1980’s. Since founding the parent company of WholeHealth Chicago in 1993, he has become nationally recognized as one of the pioneers of integrative medicine, the new medical specialty combining conventional medicine with alternative therapies. Author of hundreds of articles and author or editor of five books of integrative medicine; his most recent books have been the bestselling “Healing Fibromyalgia” and “The Triple Whammy Cure”.

Had a lot of blood work and urine sample, insurance build, never any follow up or results from all the test they charged for, pretty unprofessional….

They were very nice at the office, but I was scheduled with a different doctor and then they said they don't take my insurance.
None of this is their fault but I wish I could have known sooner because I was very hopeful to be able to get treated by DR ENGELBERG.
The fact that it says my insurance is accepted here and it's not isn't unusual and I would have self paid but I can't afford it at this time.
I feel badly giving them the low rating because I believe if I had been able to be treated by them the experience would have been excellent!

I was seen by Brett Eaton. She was very attentive and offered solutions, and testing, to solve my concerns. My treatment plan was both inexpensive and based on figuring the problem as a whole and not placing a "bandaid" over the one concern. 10/10 recommend.

We are willing to drive nearly 40 miles because we feel as if WHC and Dr. Edelberg partner with us in our healthcare which can be hard to find. He pays attention to symptoms as opposed to just numbers. He has a wealth of experience. I worry about the day he decides to retire (though I wouldn't be surprised if he never does - It's clear that he has a passion for helping patients)."

Dr. E is the only doctor who diagnosed my problems after 7 years of no answers. I could not say how absolutely is the best person and doctor and cares for his patients. He is the best doctor I have ever had! I have been with him 13 years. Hands down I love this practice and my doctor!.

Dr. E makes everything better. He listens to you very carefully and explore all options (natural and western). He will you a prescription, but also will tell you what to do naturally to avoid issues. As a long time patient, I am very happy.

Dr. Edelberg is warm, very knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, and supportive. I came in with concerns regarding food sensitivity, allergies and other autoimmune illnesses. He was very knowledgeable about histamine and MCAS. After having met with many specialists, I found him to have the most up-to-date research and treatment options in the autoimmune, food intolerance and health testing options.

Dr. E is the best doctor I have ever had! I have been with him 21 years. He is the only doctor who was able to correctly diagnose my problems after 9 years trying every specialist under the sun. He is by far the best doctor and his practice is one the most efficient practices in Chicago land area.

Best doctor I ever had. Your health conversation is always a collaborative and comfortable conversation at Wholehealth. My general health has improved significantly. I am able to be move with less pain. My husband and I feel fantastic and his diabetes is under much better in control.
