About Christina Frugoli
Christina Frugoli is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Medicine in the state of Illinois. the care provider is fine, but the supporting staff seems very lackluster.
I went in for a routine checkup and they managed to cause a rupture even though my veins are easy to find and I have never had problems before.
Since this caused extensive bruising as well as arm pain, I went back to get it checked and they referred me for an ultrasound. However, they didn't file the paperwork properly for that so I ended up wasting a trip to the hospital for that too.

The doctor office was nice. The staff got right to business as soon as I walked in. The first desk lady could be more friendly and engaged. She was very professional but not very welcoming. Overall this was a great office, I thought I had everything I needed but I needed a shot and they had the shot I needed so it was good and fast. I was the only one in there, though.

I’ve only seen Dr. Frugoli a handful of times but she’s great! Is a thorough doctor, never brushes off your symptoms, and has a big heart for mental health safety.
The NP’s are also very kind.
Front desk could be nicer.

Found them on my insurance’s provider finder website last night & was able to get into see someone w/i 24hrs. Going back for blood work the day after tomorrow. Haven’t resolved my issues yet, but definitely appreciate the timeliness with which they are addressing them. Christina was super nice.
