I appreciate having been seen on the same day. There was not much of a wait during my appointment. I just felt like there was no recommendation to remedy my injury. Radiology was “being slow” on that day so I didn’t get results in house. I’m still in pain. It’s been almost three weeks. Again, no suggestions were made to help me with my recovery.

I was looking for an Urgent Care provider and Innovative appeared in the app as a suggestion. I use a different Innovative as my primary physician so I knew I was going to be in good hands.
There was no wait time, every member of staff I met, from the front desk, to the nurse and doctor were attentive and listened to me.
I was offered tests and medication to help with my condition and was given thorough notes following my visit.

This was a great urgent care! Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the wait time was under 30 minutes. The provider I saw was extremely helpful, answered all of my questions and took time to make sure my issue was resolved before I left. My prescription was called in immediately.

As a nurse my expectations are high for healthcare professionals. Everyone I encountered was professional and efficient. I was seen on time and was out of the urgent care appointment in less than 20 minutes with answers and relief. The topical dexamethasone for sore throat is a complete game changer and I felt so much better just hours after the appointment.

I would definitely recommend Innovative Express care over other urgent care facilities that I've been to. The office was clean, and the wait to be placed in a room was reasonable. The staff and providers were very kind and knowledgeable. I did however have to wait 40+ minutes to see the doctor once I was in the exam room, but this is somewhat expected for an urgent care.

Great experience getting vaccinated for upcoming trip to Africa. Doc was great and took time to talk through everything with me. The person who gave me the shots was also great and thoughtful about explaining. Is the doc accepting new primary care patients?

Very uncomfortable experience. They seemed to be in an unpleasant mood and were very brisk with me. I cried after the appointment because I did not feel cared for in the least and felt judged.

Experience was okay - I’d be a little wary of the specialist references they provide though. The specialist I was referred to was not only very far from where I lived but also didn’t provide the best patient experience (dismissive/not very communicative reasonings behind treatment plan unless specifically prompted).
