“Initially, I chose Dr. Fox due to proximity to my home, as well as our sharing first name in common. To my delight, my experience at Fox Vein Care couldn't have been better. The administrative desk person was friendly and helpful. The PA was excellent, taking down my history and physical symptoms. The ultrasound technician was friendly and professional. After my vitals were taken, the PA returned with Dr. Fox. The doctor was very thorough in his explanation of my issue. My questions were answered and a course of treatment was recommended. The staff went as far as helping me book an appointment with a neurologist to discuss my nerve issues. In sum, I couldn't have been more impressed, and highly recommend Dr. Fox and his team. A+ all the way. ”

Concerns weren't addressed. Office wasn't aware of my booked appointment through zocdoc. I was promised to receive a call for the follow up and additional testing but they never called.

It was my very first visit and the first time Using Zocdoc. Office staff were super nice. Dr Fox was very informative. His team was very thorough . Highly recommend. I was a nervous reck when I walked in. When I walked out I was so much more relaxed.
Verified patient
I had great experience. Dr. Fox took the time to explain to me everything. I didn't feel rushed. Overall, excellent Dr. and his staff. I am glad Zocdoc recommended him to me.

There was a slight wait time as indicated in previous reviews but that is because you are meeting with the ultrasound tech, the PA, medical assistant and doctor. The process was smooth. Due to how many things were done the appt took awhile but that’s what I would expect in order to have a thorough appt and get a correct diagnosis.

Excellent doctor--very thorough testing, explained things clearly and thoroughly, very kind and helpful staff. The wait was pretty good to get into the treatment room; however, I will say the wait to get testing done was fairly long as they conduct procedures in-office. I would recommend giving yourself plenty of time for the appointment. That being said, I feel the care I received was was worth the wait.
This was my first meeting with Dr. Fox. I found him to be friendly and thorough. He explained my tests results in a way I can understand and spoke of some possible treatments without rushing away.

Terrible operation. They rescheduled me to another date the first time around as the technician wasn't there to see me. Then waited 2.5 hours to have a PA look at me. Had to have a technician see me next in 40 mins after that but I had to leave because it looked like it was going to take another 3 hours for someone to see me. I mean if you are backed up at least let the patient know instead of making them wait forever.
Took over 45 minutes to see the doctor, even with very early morning appointment. Had to fill out a lot of repetitive paperwork and answer numerous questions in paper work, only to re-answer some of the same questions to a PA, then finally saw the doctor for a few minutes. While personable, and no doubt repetitive for him, it felt like he was going through a script during his “exam”.
Staff was friendly. Only time I waited longest was for ultrasound. dr fox was very pleasant and knowledgeable in explaining diagnosis
I can understand being a little behind schedule but the fact I sat over an hour in the waiting room and then an additional 25 mins in the examination room before I had even seen a nurse. I would have appreciated a little communication by the receptionist team versus being aggressive/dismissive when I challenge the fact I wasted an entire morning just WAITING! Their response was "we inform patients to be prepared to be here for an hour"-that fine if I was in and out within and hour-I waited for an hour and a half before I saw a nurse-the whole ordeal took over 3 hours for a routine diagnosis.

Excellent vein Doctor. Diagnosed my problem and sent me to the proper doctors to deal with my issues. I highly recommend Dr. Fox. The staff treated me very nice and made me fee comfortable. A good experience

Dr. Fox is excellent and I love all the office staff - they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I have had painful veins that Dr. Fox got rid of in two separate surgeries. My husband and I were truly impressed with the results! My left leg is about 80% improved and my right one about 90%. This is the first summer since I had kids that I am happy to wear shorts! Phenomenal results. I hope that it lasts - it is never guaranteed, since the body makes new veins over time, but I will always consult Dr. Fox with confidence. The office is state of the art and the anesthesiologists were great too. No complications for me, only fantastic results.

Really great staff all very welcoming and accommodating. Was nervous about going in for appointment but the doctor & staff explained everything thoroughly and made me feel at ease for procedure I will need on varicose veins (was told the dr does about 15 of these procedures a week!). Easy to book appointment and was seen quickly.
