My experiences with Dr. Kent have been exemplary which is why I wanted to see him at this office. I sched my apt for wed the 5th @ 1. Got multiple confirmations before the apt as well as multiple check in notices while I was at the facility. I got there earlier. Spent almost 1.5hrs, never got seen. Was told my apt didn't exist along with many other things. I had proof all over my phone but it didn't matter. Eventually I was told it was handled but that seemed to upset someone in the back, she came up saying they only have 4 rooms and I have at least 3 people in front of me still,(after being there an hr and 20 mins) I had children getting out of school and was getting frustrated at this point so I said I was leaving, she said, cool! If there was an error with an apt that is understandable but professionals should be able to accommodate/handle instances like this rather than saying I'm wrong or confused and don't actually have an apt. Very frustrated with the handling of this situation.
