This doctor is the sweetest, kindest, and most efficient doctor I have ever seen in my life time. He follows up on EVERYTHING you say to him. And if he forgets after your appointment he will call you later that day to prescribe something for you, or to answer the question you may have asked. I've never seen a doctor care so much for his patient as he does. I can't say enough about Dr. M.

Had a little bit of a wait because the office was pretty busy the day of my appointment, but all of the staff were wonderful, easy to talk to, and great at what they do! The sweet lady who drew my blood made it completely painless, and there was barely even a bruise the next day. Dr. Machnacki made sure he answered my questions, and took time to get to know me, as a new patient, despite the busy day they were having!

Everyone I dealt with in office Including the doctor was very calm, enjoyable, empathetic and down to earth. No feeling of The typical rushed, cold office feel; it almost felt like at at-home setting, I really felt as I could open up to doctor and staff. It wasn't a fast round of 20 questions where you are left feeling confused; he just sat there and listened as I went on and on and on. He prescribed me medication, a follow-up visit along with recommendations for professional help and genuinely seemed very concerned about my health and getting me better.

Everyone at this DMC Family Medical Center is appreciabley kind, concerned, understanding and attentive. They go above and beyond the standard clinical visits to accomodate the needs for their patients. Dr. Machnackie is unbelievably caring and attentive, and I am extremely grateful that he is my doctor. He and his medical staff have gone above and beyond in my treatment.
