Over the year they have been consistently efficient, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and timely. From the front office to the MA and especially the Dr. Great urgent care.

Urgent care was Unaware of my appointment. Was informed by the front desk employee that “BECAUSE ZODOC IS A THIRED PARTY, THEY DO NOT RECEIVE
APPOINTMENTS MADE THROUGH ZOCDOC”. Very upsetting and disappointed in ZOCDOC. I will never make an appointment again through ZOCDOC!

From the front office receptionist to the Nurse Practitioner that treated me, everyone was friendly, professional, kind and all showed empathy and concern.
