“Super clean and modern updated office, friendly staff and amazing PA! I get pretty anxious during doctors visits, but all of my concerns were validated and I was given exceptional care, squashing all of my anxiety pretty much instantly. I am so appreciative for their care & kindness, especially during the busy holiday season. I would absolutely return here and recommend them to any one in need of an urgent care visit. ”

I arrived, with an obvious immediate blood pressure problem. Swollen face, crimson eyes, headache. A woman at the desk never welcomed me, never spoke, never asked questions, never said she'd be right with me. She told me to go to the kiosk, and she continued sitting there on the computer. Finalky she got up and walked away. Another woman emerged from an area, came to the desk, looked at me sitting there and never said a word. I sat there over 15 minutes. I finally approaxced the desk and the woman ran my insurance, and there was a problem. She told me I could put up a debit or credit card, otherwise she couldn't help me. I left and went to ER. My blood pressure read 220 over 190. I spent the night in the hospital. My insurance was straightened out the next morning. I'll NEVER go to that Urgent Care ever again.
