About Dr. David Moore
Dr. David Moore is a Family Medicine physician who began his career a decade ago. Since then, he has enjoyed treating the full spectrum of ailments across many phases of life. He especially enjoys pediatrics and geriatrics but is also extremely comfortable seeing any patient ages 1 to 101. He started his training at the University of Michigan, where he completed his pre-medical courses and earned a B.S. in Biology. He then attended the American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine and developed a passion for the sea and diving. Dr. Moore completed his residency at Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Family Medicine training program, located north of Columbus, Ohio. Since that time, he has worked with Henry Ford in roles spanning family medicine/pediatrics, occupational medicine, and nursing home care. More recently, he served as a private family physician for Michigan Health Specialists. Originally from Lapeer, Michigan, Dr. Moore grew up fishing, hiking the woods, and enjoying all that Michigan offers. He has a loving wife and two children, ages 3½ and 5 (a girl and a boy).

I am so thankful that I found Dr. Moore! I can tell her truly cares and is eager to help me with my overall health! He is helping me already after 1 visit than any other doctor ever has. That is due to him taking his sincere time and really there for the reason you came to see him. So thankful!

After my first visit with Dr Moore, I referred my very best friend to him & after my 2nd visit he became the primary care physician for myself, my husband, 2
of my adult children as well as several friends because he such a fantastic thorough doctor who doesn't talk down to people but instead treats like you know more about your own body & how you feel than anyone else & he explains medical issues in a way that is very relatable & understanding instead of acting like normal people couldn't possibly understand.

The wait was short, the doctor was friendly, efficient and communicative, and immediately offered solutions to problems my previous doctor had always brushed off.
