“It was my first time visiting the office, meeting the staff, and the doctor. I have no complain about my experience. Only a warning I share would be to have few minutes of extra time if your appointment is around the same time of school drop off or pick up time. A private school share the same building and there would be a heavy traffic during those times. ”

“The doctor was extremely patient and listened to our concerns. He suggested a scope so he could check things out a little more and I was grateful he did right then and didn’t request a need to come back again. He explained the procedure to my son and even allowed us some privacy to talk about it beforehand. Very kind doctor.”

Ended up in ER after seeing doctor Walner as my ear got severely infected after he cleaned it out.
Very rough. Barely spent 5 min with the patient. Can't beleive this is a pediatric specialist.
Very professional and generally concerned about my issue and gave me good advice to follow.
Verified patient
Quick and efficient experience. Not concerned about the quality of a next visit.

I don't think a 25 minute wait is 4 stars - in my book it's 2 stars.
He is a wonderful and knowledgable doctor that I trust with my child.

Excellent service
Dr. Walner was very kind and patient with my 22 month old son. I appreciated his calm demeanor and I came away feeling like we have a good plan in place. Thank you!
Verified patient
Dr. Walner was fantastic! He was very attentive and caring. He is wonderful with children! He listened to all our concerns and answered all our questions thoroughly! Highly recommend!
Came across as well informed and knowledgeable. Listens patiently to your concern/ questions and takes a moment and responds clearly. Always returned our messages, personally followed up post-surgery. He also has a calm and collected demeanor, so it was a pleasant experience in every way to work with him.

The staff was very nice and informative! Dr. Walner was great with my 6 yr old daughter and explained everything he was doing to put her at ease.
Verified patient
It was good, i just had difficulty finding their location of their office inside the mall area. This made me late to come on time. Maybe they can put direction how to get to their office on their website
Dr. Walner will address specific issues regarding ears, nose, throat only. If you are too general with questions or problems he is not much help.
Excellent visit.

Dr. Walner is a fantastic pediatric ENT. He’s patient, kind, thorough, and my toddler daughter loved him. We were seen right away which was an added bonus. I would highly recommend Dr. Walner and this practice.
Verified patient
Dr. Walner is extremely kind and gentle with our son. We came in for a 2 week follow up after his tonsillectomy, adenoidectomy and 2nd set of tubes. He has been kind and straight forward throughout the entire process.
Verified patient
Doctor Walner was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He walked us through everything that was going on which was very comforting.
Verified patient
Dr.walner listed to me very good and was excellent at his explanation regarding my issue. Moreover, told me about my options plus his recommendation. I liked that he took notes on everything during my visit and kept it on records.
He is great. The only problem is there system tony son a procedure done by definition Walner and he didn't have the records. As for the swallow test that was done there too

Today was our first consult with Dr. Walner for my 17-month old son's middle ear issues. The receptionist was welcoming and we were seen right away. The physician, audiologist and support staff were all friendly, patient and attentive -- they took time to listen to our concerns, to discuss options and a plan of care moving forward. As a side note, the Lake Shore building is nice, easy to navigate and parking is attached. Very good experience overall; thank you.
Verified patient
Very professional! Would definitely recommend.
He is very nice and has treated both of my daughters. He did surgery on one of my daughters and everything went well. I highly recommend him.
Verified patient
Well honestly I don't know if the problem is resolved but a clear direction on what needs to be done should have been provided but again we can call tej office and figure out that
Verified patient
Dr. Walner had great bedside manner. Took the time to listen to our concerns regarding our newborn, did a very thorough assessment and went over different options as far as our plan of care. Very professional, personable and didnt rush the appointment. We felt that when we left the office we had a plan in place and feel better about our current situation! HIGHLY recommend!

Good but waiting a little long.
Verified patient
Dr. Walner and his assistants were very professional, personable and prompt. He always creates a comfortable environment for my 4 year old son who has needed to have potentially uncomfortable procedures performed in the office.
The doctor and his assistant were efficient, friendly and explained everything. He took the time to explain things to my child and put her at ease and was patient
He's the best! Dr. Walner has been taking care of my daughter for years and always takes time to make her feel at ease. He performed surgery on her a few years ago, with great success. We have referred friends and family to him and and will continue to do so.
Very impressed with entire experience - from ease of making appt through ZocDoc to efficiency / appearance of office and most importantly to the knowledgable and caring manner of Dr. Walner . Thank You!
Very thorough!
I was surprised he worked with children, he did not seem to have any magic with them like most pediatric doctors. That being said, my son was not the best behaved since he did not feel well and we waited so long to see the doctor. He was efficient but did not rush us at all and the nurses were very nice in this office.
Very thorough!
