Dr. David Williams is the Co-Founder of Integrative Spine and Sports and is a board-certified sports chiropractor in Manhattan.
Dr. Williams has dedicated his life to treating sports injuries and teaching proper biomechanics to athletes, as well as any individual interested in leading an active life. He practices a hands-on and comprehensive approach to recovery from injury combined with a focus on the prevention of future injury. His expertise and caring demeanor has earned him the trust of Olympic, professional and collegiate athletes, as well as countless residents in the NY tri-state area that have turned to Dr. Williams so they can better enjoy their active lives. Dr. Williams has been an event coverage doctor for Ironman Lake Placid, New York City Triathlon, Toughman Triathlon, Central Park Triathlon and other local races.
Dr. Williams studied biology at Pace University before receiving his Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from the New York Chiropractic College. He began his career at the Rhode Island Spine Center, researching the effects of spinal manipulation and neuro-mobilization in the treatment of spinal stenosis. His findings led to him being published in the Journal of the American Chiropractic Association.
In 2009, Dr. Williams became a nationally recognized member of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians, receiving the designation of C.C.S.P. (Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician). Additionally, he is full-body certified in Active Release Techniques and the Graston Technique.

Excellent professional. Dr. Williams gave me very important information and recommendations about my health conditions. I have being under treatment for a chronic issue with another doctor which did not even bothered to tell me that I qualify to receive COVID-19 vaccine since I am under chronic condition treatment. I saw Dr Williams for hip pain that was really preventing me from walking or running. He put me so at ease, he knew right away what the problem was and how to "fix" it. I left the appt with exercises to do at home and he said I would probably need only 3 or 4 visits. But the best thing was when I walked out of that office I felt at least 75-80% better than I did walking in. Dr Williams and the staff are great!!

Made a same day appt for what ended up being a pinched nerve - and everything about it was easy. Staff was efficient and friendly. Dr. Williams was comforting and helpful, explaining every bit along the way. It really felt like a very well oiled machine there. Happily going back in for a follow-up and would recommend.

Knowledgeable, explained clearly the cause of my problem and how he was addressing it compared to how my previous chiropractor had addressed it, and that they were just two different approaches. I had immediate relieve following the treatment.
Front desk staff were prompt and helpful. I booked the appointment on Zocdoc at 10pm at night and it was confirmed in 30 minutes. I also emailed the office at the same time just to make sure they got the appointment. Received a reply at 7:30 the next morning so I was relieved the appointment was made.

Dr. Williams is fantastic. The appointments are always brisk; you are in and out quickly. But don't worry, he has a very accurate practice; he's been able to successfully identify my issues quickly & develop effective treatment. Highly recommend. The staff is also super-nice, everyone from the front desk folks to the PAs.
