Dawn Cohen, MD attended Case Western Reserve School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio and attended residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix. She prefers the hot Phoenix summers over the cold Cleveland winters. She joined Healthy Outlook Family Medicine, P.C. upon completion of her residency in 2003. Dr. Cohen is a Phoenix Magazine "Top Doc"!
Dr. Cohen earned her Family Medicine Board Certification in 2003. In addition to Family Medicine care, she provides Botox and chemical peel cosmetic treatments.
