This was my first visit and I was very disappointed that I had to wait 65 minutes in the waiting room, and then once I was brought back to the exam room, I had to wait another 20 minutes (in only a flimsy gown in a chilly room) for the doctor to finally appear. Once he showed up, he seemed in a big hurry and didn't spend much time with me. I sure hope my next appointment will be handled in a more timely manner.

I was very unsatisfied. I had a 60 second consultation after waiting 30 minutes. Dr. Hearne did not answer any questions, but instead focused on acne treatments for my forehead when I was there for a rash on my leg that was previously diagnosed as scabies. He did not focus on diagnosing my rash-- he just threw creams at me. Not thorough at all. He seemed more concerned with rushing through patients rather than actually working with the patient. This guy is all about promoting different medications to anyone that will pay for it. Worste visit of my life! Even if the rash persists, I will definitely be going elsewhere. I do not recommend ever going here.
