Very impressive knowledge coupled with having excellent listening skills. She actively listened and was very attentive to me describing my symptoms. I also liked the thoughtful courses of action that she provided me.

I knee surgery September of 2014 with Dr. Faryniarz and she is awesome!! If I could give separate reviews for her and her front office staff I would give her 5 stars and her office -20 stars. I did not have insurance for this procedure so she had let me know that there was a foundation that could help me with the cost and her office manager told me they would do everything they could to help me out. I left my email address with them before I left and also paid for the visit. I was supposed to receive an email with the application for the foundation and it was about a week after my appointment and hadn't gotten anything. I had to call at least 3-5 times to finally get an email only containing the link to the foundations website. I was really annoyed that it took them a week to only send me the the website link, when they could have given me that information while I was in the office. I had no issues with the foundation covering the cost of my surgery fees, and had an email from them saying they would cover my first visit costs. I let the person at the front office know that the foundation would cover that cost and she put a note for the office manager to put that through. My surgery came and went and I had no update about my refund. On my post op visit I reminded them of this and another note was written for the office manager. On my last post op visit a couple of months later I still had no update on my refund so I reminded again and was told the office manager was out on vacation and would be back the following week and she would call me. I asked if the refund could just be sent to them and applied to my bill, but was told no and that the foundation would send me the money. I waited 2 weeks and no phone call. My mom had gone by the office to make a payment for me because I was back to work full time and she asked about my refund and was told the office manager was on vacation again. I waited another week and needed a note from her office saying I was okay to go to my gym. While I was there I attempted to ask about my refund and was cut off mid-sentence to be told she would be back in a few days and to "give her some time". I asked if it would be easier for me to contact the foundation and was told not to. A week later no contact from the office. I started calling and leaving messages only to have them not be returned or just a message saying to call them back, no actual information. After a couple of weeks with no response to my voice messages, I contacted the foundation. I was told that they have not received anything from Dr. Faryniarz office and she told me what was needed. I started emailing her office at this point to have some written proof. I told them what was needed. I contacted the foundation to make sure the information was sent, and it finally was! A few weeks later, I had not heard from Dr. Faryniarz office so I sent an email asking for an update. They had the refund but the check was in the doctors name and they didn't know what to do I guess. I asked if they money could just be put towards my bill and was told that they would check with "billing". 2 weeks later I had not heard from them again and emailed for an update. I took a few days for them to email me back and was told that they had talked to billing the day before and that they applied the money to my balance and I would be sent a receipt in the mail. It took 2 weeks to talk to billing to get a response in a day. I asked the foundation how much the refund check is and they told me it is less than half of what I paid for my first visit. I have been emailing Dr. Faryniarz office for the last 3 days with zero response, it has been a week and I still have not received a receipt in the mail for the transaction. It has been over 6 months since my surgery and since I have been asking for this. I'm sorry but, this is horrible customer service, the worst I have ever experienced anywhere.

I have visited Dr fariniarz 2 times and both times i got last appt. I would recommend everyone to go with list of concerns in hand (not in your head) as she is very quick. She would be gone by the time you remember everything. Both times after waiting for about 15-30 min, Dr spent probably 3-4 minutes. I am still sticking with her as i am in the middle of treatment.
Dr. was great. Staff didn't call in prescription or fax over needed data to MRI facility on same day as promised, which caused some stutters, but staff resolved politely and quickly once notified the following day.

Dr. Faryniarz is the best kind of doctor there is, an exceptionally skilled physician, and more importantly, a caring and kind person! Thank you.
She's awesome!
Overall great experience, the pre and post op process was well organized, timely and professional. The surgery went smoothly. Dr. Faryniarz did a fantastic job. I had excellent results and prevented further damage to my shoulder.
Very good experience. I had knee pain caused by a torn meniscus. Dr. Faryniarz diagnosed and sent me for an MRI, then got me scheduled for surgery right away. She did amazing in every aspect. Highly recommended.
