About Dr. Deborah Glotzer

Dr. Deborah Glotzer, MD, is a primary care physician at Cambridge Pediatrics who sees patients aged 17 years and under. I became a pediatrician because I enjoy working with kids and families. Children have both general and diverse issues, and their wide age range—from newborn through young adult—allows me to help with many different needs. I enjoy all the developmental phases of childhood and appreciate the opportunity to build long-term clinical relationships with children and their families. There is so much that makes this job special. What I like best are the people—patients, families, colleagues, and support staff—the diverse community served by CHA and our mission, and the opportunity to have a job that requires thinking and learning. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from the University of Chicago, completed my residency at the University of Rochester, and pursued a fellowship at Boston University. Outside of work, I have many hobbies, including skiing, tennis, travel, bicycling, hiking, and reading. I have a wonderful husband and two grown children.
