About Deborah Pontoriero
Deb grew up at the Jersey Shore and has been a nurse for almost forty years. She graduated from Germantown Nursing School in 1980, Stockton State College in 1989, and earned her Master's in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania in 1996 while working at Community Medical Center and raising four children. Deb began her career in primary care and most recently spent eight years in dermatology in Toms River. During that time, she also worked in women's health, wound care, and physiatry. Deb is a member of the American Nurses Association and the Dermatology Nurses Association. She attends dermatology conferences annually to stay current with research and new technologies, ensuring she provides the most up-to-date treatment to her patients. ?I am committed to providing high-quality patient care and building trusting patient relationships.? ZocDoc, as per my direction, canceled my first appointment which was on a Friday. I rescheduled through ZocDoc for the following Monday. When I got to the office they stated I didn't have an appointment. I explained why I did have one and they said both appointments were canceled by ZocDoc. I rescheduled through the office for 2 days later and everything went well.

I cannot say enough about Deborah and this office! The staff was super friendly and very professional. The nurse practitioner, Deborah, was so compassionate regarding my issues and listened patiently regarding my symptoms. She truly wanted to make a difference in how I was feeling. Furthermore, prescriptions needed to be called in and by the time I drove to the pharmacy, it was there. A visit that was seamless from beginning to end. I cannot recommend her enough! I will be seeing her in the future with all my dermatological needs.
