i went for gastrointestinal issues, weeks of pain and anxiety, was meant to get a scan at another company, wrong scan was put for me and caused the procedure to have to be pushed back days after weeks of pain and the promise of a solution, the doc gave the radiology center the wrong scan for me as a patient and thus my pain is continuing longer.

I had my first appointment with Delana Gardner, DNP, and I can confidently say I’ll be going back! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and surprisingly enjoyable. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, making check-in a breeze.
What really stood out was Delana’s incredible bedside manner. She took the time to listen, asked thoughtful questions, and explained everything clearly without ever making me feel rushed. She was warm, knowledgeable, and had such a calming presence that instantly put me at ease.
It’s rare to find a provider who is not only skilled but also genuinely cares about their patients, and Delana is exactly that. I left my appointment feeling informed, confident in my care, and grateful to have found such a great provider. Put me through the ringer of questions brought up embarrassing history that's hard 2 talk about but still did it and no medication for first 2 visits only after 3rd maybe just maybe she said so idk kinda crazy if u need the meds ASAP this is not the right Dr or place 4 you 4 sure , made me wait 2 weeks 4 another appointment with no meds at all , nothing , Zippo, nada.

I was looking to change doctors because my insurance changed. I also was looking for a quality Doctor's office close to home. I am happy with my visit here at Family Tree Dr.Gardner was very genuine and patience. I didn't feel rushed and things went pretty smooth. I would recommend this Doctor's office to family and friends.
