With over 21 years of experience in mental health, I've had the opportunity to work in variety of clinical settings. For 16 years, I served at PeaceHealth Medical Center in Consultation and Liaison services, and for the past 6 years, I have been working with the Veteran's Administration in their out-patient clinic in Vancouver, WA. Throughout my career, I've developed a deep appreciation for the unique needs of each client. My work has allowed me to support individuals through a wide range of challenges, from acute concerns to long term mental health needs. I value building strong collaborative relationships with my clients to create an environment of trust and respect. My holistic approach focuses on not only reducing symptoms but also helping clients strengthen their skills and confidence in daily life. I aim to support your overall well being - mentally, emotionally and physically - so you can feel empowered and equipped to navigate life's challenges.
