As much as I liked Dr. Phan, the wait just isn't worth it especially since there is no cellular reception or wifi in the office waiting room. I was essentially MIA from work for 3 hours for a physical, which is really not okay.

I've been really disappointed with my experience with Dr. Phan and with the Century Medical Group in general. On my first visit, I arrived a little early for my appointment only to be told that they were running seriously behind schedule. I had used Zocdoc to fill out the intake forms online but they made me re-do them claiming that they didn't have them. I waited for about an hour and a half before I was seen by someone to take my vitals and who did some tests before I was even seen by the doctor.
Seeing the doctor was a short and rushed experience, Dr. Phan obviously was overbooked and wanted to spend as little time with me as possible. It was a new patient appointment so I had several things I wanted to talk about and I was not able to get to all of them. I think that I spent less than 15 minutes actually with the doctor and she seemed very dismissive of some of my concerns, which put me ill at ease.
She told me that I should get the test results in about two weeks but when I hadn't heard anything a month later I called back and they had no explanation as to why I hadn't been given the results, especially because they did require me to take action.
I tried to book a second appointment with Dr. Phan using Zocdoc. The appointment was confirmed, then was cancelled the morning of, stating that they had the site misconfigured and it allowed me to book appointment times that weren't actually available. They had automatically rescheduled me for another day. I had taken off time from work in order to go to the appointment and would not be able to get the new appointment time off so I tried to call back in order to at least get a prescription I needed. I played phone tag with the office all day, saying that they needed to ask Dr. Phan and that she was with patients until 2:30 and they would call me back.
At 4:00, I called again as I had not had my call returned and spoke with someone who was as rude as one could possibly be to me. She treated me like I was a dumb child and acted like I was being unreasonable for trying to seek medical care, and continually denied the fact that I had an appointment in the first place and asked me to "Plan ahead next time" despite the fact that Dr. Phan's office was the one which cancelled my appointment on the same day. She kept insisting that it was impossible for me to have an appointment at the time I had mine originally because it was not an available time and denied my explanation that they obviously don't have their Zocdoc properly synched to their scheduling system. When I explained that I can't come for the appointment that they had rebooked me for she snarkily said "Then I guess it isn't much of an emergency."
No part of my experience with this office was good and I would not recommend it to anymore. You would get better care at anywhere. The office is disorganized, slow to take care of you, quick to get you out of there and rude. Find someone else.

The girl at the front office was kind of rude. She treated me in such a disrespectful way. She asked me about the reason of the visit in front of people. I did wrote it there, I don't way she does that though. I also checked in online, but she made me recheck in again for no reason. she took my ID for about 40 minutes. I didn't feel comfortable dealing with her. She made me wait for 48 minutes before seeing the Doctor.

However Zocdoc has her office number as #406 instead of #101, which resulted in me being told off by a rude receptionist in #406..

I really appreciated the amount of one-on-one time that I had with Dr. Phan to go over all of my medical history and concerns. She provided herbal supplement options for some of my issues in addition to more conventional prescription medications, which made me feel more comfortable, since I like to leave prescriptions as a last resort. The wait was the only bad thing: I finally got to see the doctor exactly 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time. However, the experience I had once I was called back more than out-weighs the the time I waited. Also, (as a heads up) I had no cellular connection in the building and it seems as though most people don't, so don't rely on your phone to keep you entertained while waiting.
