Dr. Olson seemed nice enough and affable but his support staff were not very friendly. His support staff was impersonal and perfunctory.
My appointment was supposed to be 10.30 am but only started at about 10.40 or 10.45 am.
It's all about the tone.

Dr. Olson is very nice and I felt he listened to my problems and truly did his best. His office staff is atrocious. They were screaming at each other during my entire wait (the reason that the wait was so long) and now I've had multiple problems with my insurance claim because they didn't enter it properly, and every time I call to try to figure it out they are SO INCREDIBLY RUDE and treat me like an idiot and do not listen at all to what I'm trying to explain to them. Just terrible. He needs to hire a new front office staff.

I've been to see Dr. Olson twice so far. He was fantastic! The reviews on here do not lie! He was personable, knowledgeable, and the wait time was excellent. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a new primary care doctor!

Dr. Olson has been my primary care physician for 5 years. He is very knowledgeable and up to date on current medical research, but at the same time he is very patient-centric and down to earth. I have had many other good doctors, but none that I liked on a personal level before Dr. Olson. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased with his recommendation for a different medication to treat my type II diabetes at today's appointment. I am confident that I will see improvement in my glucose levels under his care. I saw Dr. Olsen last year for a pre-surgery clearance while my primary care doctor was not available. I was so impressed with the information he imparted at that time that I decided to make him my primary doctor now.

I've been seeing Dr. Olson for the last three years on the recommendation of my former physcian who retired. He is an excellent young doctor in the process of building his Chicago practice. The practice is growing because of skill, caring and easy manner.

I just think Dr Olson is the nicest doctor I've ever been to see. He has a calming demeanor, does not talk down to you, listens, and then takes him time in responding. You never feel rushed while in his office and the staff seem to care about you just as much as he does.
