My name is Desiree Hopkinson, and I started DH Mental Health Continuum because I am passionate about providing quality access to care and the time you deserve. I hold a Master's degree in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Molloy University and am an ANCC Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I treat children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of behavioral and emotional difficulties. With ten years of experience in healthcare, including psychiatric mental health nursing, I have worked with clients across the lifespan dealing with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, ADHD, as well as anxiety and depressive disorders.

In our initial session, we will conduct an in-depth assessment to gain a better understanding of your struggles and establish your goals. Together, we will develop a customized plan to help you overcome obstacles and achieve optimal mental health.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
During your first session, we will go over your background/ history to get to know you, and from there we can work together to develop an individualized plan to achieve your goals within the continuum of mental health.
